36-Volume Series Major Project
RAA in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide of 1915, projected to publish a 36 volume book series which aim to present the history of Armenia, territory by territory, for the first time in Armenian studies. Each of the 36 volumes has been dedicated to a district of historical Armenia, especially Armenia Major and Armenia Minor (Metz Hayk and Pokr Hayk). Every volume encompasses the history of the district, all the inhabited places, location, names, population, statistical data, employment, economy, churches, schools, historical monuments, prominent Armenians, etc.
Of the 36-volume series, 5 volumes have been published so far, with subsequent volume (Gharadagh) to be published by the end of 2024.
